If a Viper Edge knife fails because of a defect in our materials or our workmanship, we repair it or replace it. No time limit, no receipt hunting, no argument.
What's covered
- Blade cracking or snapping under normal use
- Handle scales loosening, separating, or cracking
- Heat treat failure — an edge that rolls or chips abnormally
- Pins, fittings, or bolsters working loose
- Sheath stitching failure
What's not covered
- Normal dulling — that's sharpening, not a defect
- Rust from neglect (see Knife Care)
- Damage from prying, throwing, chopping bone or metal, or use as a screwdriver
- Dishwasher damage
- Modifications, regrinds, or repairs done elsewhere
- Cosmetic wear, patina, and scratches from honest use

Send your knife back any time and we'll put a factory edge on it. You cover shipping to us; we cover the sharpening and return postage within the US.
How to make a claim
Email viperedgeusa@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll respond within two business days with a return address.
The warranty covers the original owner and is not transferable on resale.
