Processing time
In-stock knives ship within 1–3 business days. Engraved orders add 3–5 business days. Custom builds follow the timeline agreed in your quote — see Custom Orders.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, check spam, then email us.
International orders
Knife import rules vary widely by country and some blade types cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost. If customs seizes a blade that isn't legal at your destination, we can't refund it — please check your own country's rules before ordering.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct it before the label is printed, but once a parcel is in transit we can't redirect it.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort it out.
