What you choose
- Blade style — hunter, skinner, bowie, chef, cleaver, bushcraft, EDC, or something off a sketch you send us
- Blade length and thickness
- Steel — 1095, Damascus, D2, or 440C (see the Steel Guide)
- Handle material — walnut, rosewood, olive wood, micarta, resin, bone, horn, stag
- Fittings — brass, copper, or steel bolsters and pins
- Sheath — leather colour and carry style

How it works
- Send your brief. Email us with what you want, or a photo or drawing of it.
- We quote. Price and timeline, no obligation.
- 50% deposit to start. The balance is due before shipping.
- Progress photos at forging and at finishing, so there are no surprises.
- Ships once you've approved the finished piece.
Timeline
Most custom builds take 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity and how deep the queue is. Damascus and multi-piece sets run longer. We'll give you a real date, not an optimistic one.
