Olive Wood Handle Knives

Olive wood handled knives. Olive is the most figured wood we fit, with wild grain that swirls light gold through dark brown, and it is hard enough to take daily use without denting the way softer timbers do.

Because the grain is so busy, every handle looks different even when the knives are otherwise identical, which makes olive a favourite for gifts and for kitchen sets where the pieces should be related but not identical.
